Our packages start at $599. Send your year, make and model and we'll quote you an exact price, usually the same day.
The four things that set the price
1. How much of the car you cover
Coverage is the biggest factor. Most customers choose one of three packages.
- Full Front covers the bumper, full hood, full fenders, mirrors and headlights. Those panels take almost all the rock chips, so most people start here.
- Track adds the rocker panels and lower doors to Full Front. That's where debris kicked up by the front tires sandblasts the paint.
- Full Vehicle covers every painted surface. We do a lot of these on new performance cars, Teslas and anything with soft paint.
The coverage picker on our PPF page shows which panels each package includes.
2. The vehicle
Bigger panels use more film. A bumper full of vents, sensors and sharp creases takes longer to wrap cleanly. Compare a compact sedan with a full-size SUV and you're looking at two very different jobs.
3. The film
XPEL Ultimate Plus is the standard gloss film. It self-heals and carries a 10-year warranty. XPEL Stealth turns gloss paint satin and costs a little more. XPEL COLOR changes the colour of the car and protects the paint at the same time.
4. Paint condition and prep
Film seals in whatever is underneath it, so swirls and chips should be fixed first. A new car needs very little prep. An older car may need paint correction, which adds to the price and is what makes the finished job look right.
Is PPF worth the money?
After a few years of highway chips, repainting a front bumper and hood can easily cost more than a Full Front package, and repainted panels can hurt resale. Film keeps the factory paint factory-perfect, and it comes off clean when you sell.
Ways to get more for your budget
- Start with Full Front and add the rockers later if you want them.
- Bundle PPF with ceramic coating and tint in one visit.
- Book as soon as you take delivery, before there are chips to fix.
